Molino Vigevano 1936 was founded by Signor Giuseppe in 1936 in a small town in northern Italy, in the province of Pavia. For more than 80 years, we have been producing natural flours made with 100% Italian wheat, with a production process that is certified and controlled at every stage. The new generations of Signor Giuseppe’s family have created the Authentic Italian Recipe range including flours perfect for the great classics of Italian cuisine, manufactured with the utmost respect for tradition. In facts, today in the 15,000 square metre building at Torre d’Isola (PV) there is a specialised production centre, administrative, commercial and management offices at Molino Vigevano, as well as a warehouse of about 3000 square metres.
All of Molino Vigevano’s flours are made with Vital Wheat Germ, one of the most complete natural food supplements. The elevated amount of vitamins makes it one of the most effective natural antioxidants. We have patented our process for preserving its vitality and active ingredients, using cold extraction and stone milling.
